Quality & documents
Every lot is tested against your destination's limits and ships with a certificate of analysis.
What we test
- Moisture, purity / admixture, foreign matter
- Aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxins, ochratoxin A
- Pesticide residues to EU, US FDA or Canada CFIA MRLs
- Microbiology: TPC, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella (absent in 25 g)
- Ethylene oxide (ETO) free certification
- Heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury)
- Product parameters: ASTA colour, SHU, curcumin, piperine, volatile oil, EC, fat %
- Steam sterilisation for spices on request
Testing by an independent NABL-accredited or buyer-nominated laboratory (e.g. SGS, Eurofins, Intertek) on request, report shared before shipment.

- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading / airway bill
- Certificate of origin (preferential where applicable)
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Fumigation certificate
- Certificate of analysis (COA) / lab report
- Health certificate where the destination requires it
- US FDA prior notice support; FSVP documents for US importers

- Pricing
- Price on request. Quotes per kg / MT, FOB Indian port or CFR/CIF your port, valid 7 days.
- Incoterms
- FOB, CFR, CIF. DAP/DDP on request.
- Ports of loading
- Cochin, Tuticorin, Chennai, Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra. Others on request.
- Minimum order
- Trial orders from one pallet or LCL; regular orders by 20 ft or 40 ft container. Mixed containers across products accepted.
- Samples
- Free samples (up to 500 g per product). Courier charged at cost or prepaid by buyer's account.
- Packing & labels
- Bulk or retail packs, buyer's brand and language, barcode, batch and best-before coding.
